The Job Training Center has been helping people build careers and strengthen our community since 1989. Through career services, training opportunities, and strong local partnerships, JTC connects job seekers and employers across Tehama County.

Gary shares his story of resilience after experiencing job loss and not knowing what options he had. Like many, he faced uncertainty and had to figure out a new path forward.

Through the Job Training Center’s Dislocated Worker and NDWG programs, he received guidance, training, and support that helped him rebuild his confidence and take those next steps. With the right support in place, he was able to move toward new employment opportunities and a fresh start.
