We offer free job advertising, hiring events, candidate pre-screening, wage reimbursement programs for qualifying hires, and connections to youth workforce programs to help you build your future talent pipeline.

Skill Testing
We offer basic assessments to test for computer literacy, math, soft skills, and more. If you’re not sure a candidate can do what they say, we can help verify.

Layoff Support (Rapid Response)

There’s no cost. All Business Services are completely free for local employers.
What kind of businesses do you work with?

What does the process look like to post a job?
It’s simple. Start with a quick inquiry, then complete a one page questionnaire about the position, including job details, schedule, and benefits. From there, we’ll get your job posted and start connecting you with candidates.
Can you help me find employees?
Yes! We can help connect you with qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, and pre-screening support to make the hiring process easier.
What if I want to host a hiring event?
We can help with that. From planning and promotion to day-of support, the Business Services team will work with you to set up a hiring event that fits your needs and helps you connect with qualified candidates. We can even host it in house!
Do you offer training support?
Yes! On-the-Job Training (OJT) helps you train new hires while they learn on the job. You provide the training, and the program helps cover a portion of their wages during that time.
What’s the youth work experience program about?
The youth work experience program helps young adults gain real, hands-on job experience while you get extra support for your team. Eligible participants are placed at your business for a set period of time, and their wages are covered through the program. It’s a great way to train potential future employees, build your workforce pipeline, and give local youth a strong start in their careers.
What if I’m laying off employees or closing my business?
We offer Rapid Response services to support your team through the transition and connect them with job search resources.
Is there any paperwork involved?
There’s a little—mainly to make sure we’re collecting the right info and connecting you to the best programs. But we’ll walk you through every step.
